Hi, I’m Louise

i’m a strategic, generalist marketer with over 15 years of experience across retail, fmcg and non-profit businesses.

(strategic generalist… gosh, that makes me sound so boring, but I love it!)

my motto

strategy followed by practical action and real, measurable results

I’ve spent over a decade working across a spectrum of organisations, managing integrated and complex marketing activities for small non-profits with zero budget to national brands.

My journey started in the arts, where I learned how to connect with audiences and tell stories that matter. From there, I moved into retail, managing campaigns and multi–channel strategies for national brands, and seeing first-hand how thoughtful marketing can transform a business.

My goal is to turn marketing strategy into real, measurable results. Today, I bring that experience to a range of organisations and industries, helping businesses not just plan, but act - turning strategy into results, and possibilities into real growth.

My focus is on practical, responsive strategies that create momentum, connect with audiences, and deliver outcomes that matter. Giving businesses clarity, confidence, and the freedom to grow.

My why

After leaving my corporate role to have my first child, I stepped into freelance work looking for more flexibility and a different pace of life. What started as a few small projects between nursery rhymes and nappy changes gradually grew into something much bigger.

As my daughter has grown, so has the business, evolving into a way of working that allows me to stay hands-on with clients while building a career around the life I wanted to create. That balance shaped the way I approach business today: practical, adaptable, responsive, and focused on building sustainable growth in a way that actually works for real life.

01. coffee first

As Mum to a very active toddler I constantly have a caffeine filled beverage in my hand.

Alongside a water bottle of course, because we’ve got to hydrate too!

02. TRAVEL MORE

I’m constantly planning our next trip away, much to my husbands chagrin. Whether it’s a quick trip down south, or a long haul flight across the world, there always needs to be something on the cards!

03. long dogs

Before my daughter, there was my dog. Pixel is a shaded red sausage dog who has been warming my lap for 8 years now. She’s a big personality who thinks she runs the house!

Let’s work together.
